* 150 g of Frescamar Bio Sea Bream dicing (2 cm approx)
* 1 spoon of parsley
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 purple onion
* ½ zucchini
* 3 cherry tomatoes
* 1 mushroom
* 1 lemon
* 1 egg
* 20 g of flour
* 40 g of breadcrumbs
* 10 g fresh chopped cilantro
* 4 corn tortilla
* Olive oil
* Salt

For the sauce:

* 1 lemon
* 50 g fresh chopped cilantro
* 60 g sour cream
* 1 g of cumin
* Cayenne pepper to taste

1) Mix in a bowl the sour cream with the juice of a lemon, cumin and cayenne pepper

2) Add the chopped cilantro and mix gently

3) Refrigerate it

4) Cut cherry tomatoes in eighths, half purple onion, zucchini in julienne and mushrooms in slices

5) In a bowl add these ingredients and dress with the juice of half a lemon and olive oil

6) In another bowl, add the Bream dices, parsley, garlic and other half onion – all chopped

7) Season and mix

8) Add the juice of half a lemon and the flour and mix again

9) Form small balls with the mixture, pass them by beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry them

10) Place the meatballs on the corn tortillas, sprinkle with a little chopped cilantro and add the sauce
