Organic Sea Bream fillet with crispy parmesan pesto

Difficulty: Easy

* 2 fillets of Frescamar Bio Sea Bream
* 2 teaspoons of pesto (oil, basil, parmesan and pine nuts)
* ½ cup of thick bread crumbs
* 1 spoonful of chopped parsley
* 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
* 1 clove of chopped garlic
* 1 tablespoon of olive oil
* Salt and pepper

1) Preheat oven to 200 ºC

2) Season the fillets with salt and pepper and spread the pesto over the surface

3) Mix the bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, oil and a pinch of salt

4) Press the mixture over each fillet’s pesto so that it sticks

5) Cook the fillets in oven suitable casserole (preferably non-stick) for 1 and a half minutes on high heat

6) Place in the oven for 5 min approx. (until the coverage is golden) and serve immediately
